The context:
We are looking at using our instance of WHD to take over the custom built (but out of date) transportation request system our K12 district uses but the invoice piece as is in WHD is lacking...
The need:
The transportation staff like what we have done thus far in making a ticket in WHD with the custom fields that match the old program but their biggest concern is that the invoice piece does not allow for any type of customization--whether wanting to add a custom field to appear in the invoice or better yet to simply allow selected ticket data to be added to the invoice. We do not use the invoice piece for our other uses of WHD (technology and maintenance requests) but the invoice piece is needed for the desired transportation use in WHD and it would save us lots of time and money instead of having to build/update a custom program (with the advantage that everyone uses WHD for those other two contexts already)...
So, it would be sweet if on a specific ticket request type in in the parts and billing tab to be able to indicate/check the specific ticket data that you wanted to show up on the easy-to-create invoice...
