I accidently deleted the All Nodes resource from my Summary page in Orion. The old All Nodes Resource used to allow me to group the nodes by vendor and status as well as had a "Manage Nodes" button. I tried re-adding the resource to the page but those options are no longer available. It just lists thousands of nodes with no discernible grouping. How do I group them again as well as get the "Manage Nodes" button back? Thanks.
