There may already be a few clever ways to do this, but I am just a caveman and your world frightens and confuses me.
Within the 'Trigger Condition' of Alert Manager, It would be great if there was an option in the below dropdown to select 'change' or 'delta' followed by a value such as a percentage. This would be used to trigger an alert based on a notable change to a particular value.
