I have implemented NCM within my network and everything seems to be working great.
i only have one issue at the moment and it is quite perplexing.
i have a number of switches that i can not SSH into from only my solarwinds server (with NCM, putty, or any other method). I can SSH into them from every other device i've tried
there is no firewall in between my server and the end device. I have removed all ACL's from the end device. my solarwinds server is able to poll that device in every other capacity that it should for instance via SNMP.
initially i thought there was something corrupted with my SSH keys, so i put in a trouble ticket with solarwinds to help me out with this. the support engineer promptly closed my ticket when i told him that i could not SSH with putty.
While i agree there is something network related causing this i am at a loss as to what it could be.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
