I did some great configuration while logged into the admin account (I kept joe@domain.com and changed the password), but I logged out to login as an agent to test the ticket create function. I have everything installed on my laptop in single-user mode. I thought I was making an error the first time I tried this, uninstalled, re-installed, re-configured. Whenever I log out and try to login as either the administrator or a Tech, the error message comes up that either the email address is wrong or the password is wrong. Nice product, but if I can't get by this simple issue, then it's on to another one. I tried to login using both IE and Chrome.
