It's often the case that I need more than one alert to take identical actions (or actions with differences defined only by variables within the alert or the node that triggered it). One common example here is the action we use to create tickets within our (3rd-party) ticketing system. With the new Action Manager screen, I was hopeful that we would have the ability to reuse previously created actions, but that does not seem to be the case. I would like to have the ability to specify custom actions to be available within the "Add Action" dialog.
