It would be nice to customize the approval email more, right now the email can be confusing to some clients as to what is needed. But more so I would like to require the approval to give a reason for their vote. I use this feature for when new users coming in to have the supervisor approve or deny the purchase of new equipment for them. I would like them to be required to input a note with the equipment needed and account number to charge to. The email states this, but the user is not enforced to include it, nor the does the voting page have the ability to put a note reminding them to enter this information.
