We are celebrating 4 years of the thwack store opening with a NEW and IMPROVED ordering process! When mrs.alterego and I teamed up awhile back we went through a discovery phase where we identified pain points across the community, one of those being the store UI and the store inventory/admin controls (or lack there of, I should say). We sat down late last year and pulled together our requirements with a few "nice-to-haves" sprinkled in and she made them all come true! A HUGE thank you goes to Rachel for going above and beyond and for all of the time spent making this happen as well as to the community for patiently standing by.
Store UI Enhancements:
- Add multiple items to your cart
- Yes - there's a CART now!
- Option to "keep shopping" or return at a later time to complete your order
- Save time by saving your shipping address for future orders
- NOTE: Your address will be saved to your profile when you choose this option. By default, your address in your profile is hidden from view.
- Track status of your order from submitted > processed > shipped + tracking
