Support for Cisco Stack Elements in Inventory Reports

Implement support for the overall physical element of a switch stack and its component stack members - assuming you pull from the CISCO-Entity-MIB you have break points and elements that help you parse the stack for reports.

There are lots of these requests in the blogs and posts - but this seems to be going nowhere.  Let's get this handled so you are prepared for other devices that have nested elements.(FEX, 6500). the intent here is to be able to generate reports that see the actual components for maint, inventory, and identification purposes.  The current workarounds are time wasters.
