Dashboard or Report for Nodes Not in NCM

I am already aware that you can go to Admin --> Settings --> NCM Settings --> Add or Manage Nodes --> Select all nodes and add them to NCM with the drop down menu.

That is not what I'm looking for. Is there a way to create a dashboard to show which nodes in NPM are not in NCM? A dashboard would be preferred, but if that is not possible then is there a way to run a report on this?
