Uhm.., I'm new to VNQM. I got Avaya Communication manager, aura messaging, System manager. I have SNMP read/write community strings enabled on these devices, I want to see things like call details information and etc. do I need to enable anything other than SNMPs to see call information? things like: IP SLA, CLI passwords. or what I have enabled is enough?
And also on windows is it only WMI(service account)?
