Hi, I am having issue with Email ID configuration in Alert Central. Our Email logins are secure with RSA authentication and to login into email account we need to provide RSA authentication code after putting password. But in Alert Central Email settings it gives us option to put password only and no option to put RSA code resulting in login failure and not receiving emails from alert monitoring tool. I will appreciate the help if someone can please help me about how can we get option to put RSA code in alert central email settings. Waiting for the responses and thanks in advance.
