Netpath Help

Hi!

Now i have a fully upgraded 12 instance, i was testing out Netpath. I have an issue with our firewall it looks like, as this probe to Facebook shows the following:

So on the left is my SW server, next hop is our core switch (which shows correctly) next hop is then our Cisco ASA firewall which doesn't show - which is weird as this is monitored in SW. I have allowed port 17778 through the firewall from the SW server, but still not getting a full trace.

Any help would be grand!
