We've recently migrated from Prime LMS to Solarwinds NPM,NCM,UDT. So far I love how much better SW NCM is compared to Prime LMS. The one thing that is very irritating so far is the reporting feature of NPM. The canned reports just don't give me everything I need and I don't like the fact that there seems to be no dynamic reporting tool (e.g. select nodes you want, select interfaces you want, select data you want, then select time frame you want). Also trying to build a new report seems very clunky and makes me feel like I should be a database expert in order to get the data I want. Does anyone else feel this way?
