Allow Conditional Left Navigation Tabs Custom Criteria

It would be helpful to be able to limit whether a custom tab in a view displays based on additional conditions as you can when defining View Limitations.

For instance, we have a custom property named Managed_DB (True/False).  In the context of the Node Details view we would like to only show a custom tab if Managed_DB=True.

We can currently limit the entire view to that criteria, but do not appear to be able to show/hide the tab based on that same criteria:
