There are times that I need to restart all the Orion services on my primary poller or just restart the server entirely. Whenever I need to do this I get an HTTP error 500 for at least 30 mins (this last one took an hour) when trying to access the site from our desktops. The odd thing is that our NOC screens have no issue refreshing after the services are back up and running, just everyone's desktop/laptop. This tells me the services are running but something else is going on. I've tried using different browsers (IE and Chrome) with both a local account and AD credentials, all with the same issue. Has anyone experienced this issue or know what may be causing it? If I just wait long enough it comes back but my department (NOC) relies greatly on Orion being available so this affects us greatly when the site is down for an hour.
