I own a small business, I have a Static IP on a business internet account, a couple of laptops, and a wireless router. Thats it! I like the Solar Winds products a lot and have seen them in use in large corporations. But us small guys would like the best possible tools for the Job as well, without a) breaking the bank, and b) a huge installation.
My suggestion is a smaller version of your tools, starting with NTA to monitor traffic and diagnose network issues at small businesses. Something I can install on either my laptop or a small server, and it monitor Network up time, traffic from connected users, bottle necks, etc. Simple interface, simple to use. Limit the amount of monitors/users. And if the company grows, sell them the big package.
