Add Customizable "Documentation" links to administrative pages in the Web Console

For example:  We are trying to institute a standard set of procedures and best-practices for how objects are managed in Orion.  It'd be great if when an administrative user is adding a new node into our Orion environment that there would be a link they could click on that would take them to our own Wiki or SharePoint link or whatever that tells them our procedures for adding nodes (things like which IP Address to choose, is it OK to rename, how to fill out the custom properties to our standards, which options to select/de-select, thresholds to set and what to set them at, etc.).

To be clear, I'm not asking for SolarWinds to provide us with a customizable Wiki or documentation archive, but just allow us to create HTML links on administrative pages to our own content.

This would be useful throughout the Orion web console too, and not just in NPM.  Almost every administrative page in all Orion modules would benefit from our own internal "best-practices" and procedures document to be easily available to the user.  When creating a Custom Property they could easily click and see what our naming conventions for them are.  When setting global and/or individual thresholds they could be linked to a document telling them how we want them set.  Same for App Templates, Group creation, View Customization, and on and on and on.  The more I think about this, the more awesome it would be.

Now, I despise writing documentation, but it is extremely important in any company to make sure that all administrative users are following the same procedures and conventions to insure the system runs well, has few problems, and is easy to use for everyone.  This would make that much easier to do and I doubt it would take a huge effort from a software company the size of SolarWinds.  Just adding a few customizable link resources to each admin page and that's it.  What the links point to would all be external of the SolarWinds Orion web console and thus would be of no concern to SolarWinds.  It'd be like them adding a help link to a page (which they have tons of throughout Orion.) except they don't have to write the Help content or even host it anywhere...

As a bonsu, it would also be cool if we could add short notes beside items in addition to clickable links.  Something like below (Notice the dark blue underlined text for a customizable internal link example and the Red Text for a customizable internal note example):

I could see this being a good selling point for making Orion even easier to use.  A lot of companies have one or two "Orion guys" in their company and they should be the only people with full admin access, but unfortunately a lot managers don't see it that way and frequently dole out administrative tasks to multiple team members with considerably less Orion experience, often times creating more work for the "Orion Guys" and making the environment messy.  This would help normalize those inexperienced team members' actions by allowing the "Orion guys" to fill in notes and add links to internal company documents to help keep everyone on track and following the plan.
