SWJobEngineWorker2x64.exe consuming large amounts of RAM

I have Agent Version 1.2.78.0 installed on 2008 R2 server VM to monitor Disk, mem, virtualmem, NIC, QOE and application insight for IIS. The server operates normally with only 4GB RAM of which on 1.80 actually being used. After installing the agent 3.95GB was being used. So I bumped the RAM up to 8GB the Agent chewed through even more RAM and is now consuming 4.2GB. I have other web servers that are monitored the same way without this issue. I have done the following to try and get the root cause of this.

1. 1.)restarted the agent
2. 2.)rebooted the server
3. 3.)reinstalled the agent
4. 4.)removed the QOE sensor
5. 5.)removed Applinsight for IIS
6. 6.) removed all volumes
7. 7.) deleted the server from Orion

Nothing has narrowed this down.
