If you are a SolarWinds customer, most likely you have your own Individual User Account to access your Customer Portal. If there were an option to link your CP account to your thwack account, would you do it? What would you get out of doing it? Some "hypothetical" options could be:
- Ability to see your existing support tickets from either accounts, or better yet, open a support ticket from either account
- Ability to see specific thwack information that would be pertinent to you and the products you own, such as a new Beta announcement seeking participation within your Customer Portal
