Reports with sample rate

Hi All,

I require a report for utilization on a number of interfaces with a sample rate of 5 mins, require an average by monthly basis on an excel. I am guessing it will look like this:

"MPLS link to site A  base on 95th percentile of the 5 min. sample rate   Jan: 78%    Feb: 82%     Mar: 93%"
