Reading the “How to Apply a LEM Connector Update Package”, I should be able to update Connectors from the Appliance screen. However, I receive an error of “Synchronization with connectors repository has failed”. Checking our firewalls, I do not see any packets blocked/dropped for port 80 connections going back into the LEM appliance. Has anyone seen this issue? Is there something else I need to configure to enable Connector updates from the LEM appliance?
