Choice of character encoding when exporting an Orion report

Hi all,

I would like to suggest that the export function of Orion report writer offers the possibility to choose which character encoding to use (ANSI, UTF-8, UTF-16,...) when exporting results to a CSV or text file with latest. As an example, some legacy 3rd-party applications have sometimes difficulties with importing from the UTF-16 / UCS-2 Little Endian charset that report writer is using.
