Thwack Levels to have titles

I participate in SAP's Support Community Network (SCN) online collaboration and community gamification site (also run Jive software). On the SCN, each level is named after a metal or a stone. For example, "Bronze", "Topaz", "Silver", "Emerald".

   This would be beneficial for LinkedIn profiles, resumes, online profiles, etc. whereas the current titles are number-based. Saying that you are a level 14 Thwackster sounds like an online game to the uneducated.

   I am not suggesting that Thwack convert to what the SCN uses. I am suggesting that something other than #'s be used.
