Need to know best short term solution - Need all alerts from seperate network instance of Solarwinds to be recognized by the instance of solarwinds within a seperate network. Not sure if thats clear so I will try again ....
Company A currently uses solarwinds and has purchased Company B. Company B also has its own instance of Solarwinds. Problem - How to get Company B's Solarwinds Alerts that when fired will somehow be recognized as an alert and show on Company A's message center. There are only a total of 22 alerts in the Company B's instance of Solarwinds. All Nodes are network devices and are only monitored for UP DOWN status for the most part.
Is there currently an exchange component monitor that will monitor a mailbox for specific messages with specific subject lines? That was my first thought but I am a total ROOKIE compared to the MASTERS that reside here and I was hoping to get ideas for a short term fix until we connect both networks.
Any help would be fantastic - Deadline is Friday Close of business 4pm Central time.
