Some people have Orion custom properties that describe more information about the alert that might be useful to have in the email notification. We made an assumption that you'd use the AC web interface to link back to Orion, but some people are suggesting that it'd be handy to have more detail in the original alert. You can match against custom properties in sources/routing, but you can't drop those custom properties into the email that goes out.
