I'd like to know if it's possible to change the URL that the "Forgot Password" button goes to on the web helpdesk login screen? We use LDAP authentication, so currently people use that and get an email telling them their password is LDAP Connection - not useful to the average person. We use a product that allows users to reset, change or unlock their passwords by visiting the page and answering a few questions. If I could even edit a config or something to simply change the URL it would be a great help.
