Node Management: Adding new node, have to add it twice

Hello,

I hope I am writing in the right place.

I have a very strange issue.

When I am trying to add a new node, I am doing the whole procedure until the last section "CHANGE PROPERTIES"

This is when it gets me back to the beginning and I have to do the whole thing one more time.

This happens only once after I login, if I try to add another node after successfully adding the first one, it will be successful from the first try.
