I would like to suggest an enhancement to the old diag utility that would prompt the user for a case number (and possibly other unique identifiers) when creating a new diag file set to upload to SW support.
I manually suffix my diag files with a case number to help support engineers locate them easier, but why shouldn't we let the tool do the work (or at least facilitate it easier)?
Anything we can do to make the troubleshooting and case resolution process easier helps the customer and the support teams!
Let's drag the troubleshooting utils out of their dusty corners and into the 21st century.
