-I'm working as an IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support in my current company (just a small-medium size organization), before SolarWinds Web Help Desk, we are a fanatic with profound devotion to the divine and mystical powers and underrated capabilities of Microsoft Excel. The accounts we support started growing and the powers that be decided that we should get a decent IT ticketing system, besides who still uses Excel these days for their ticketing and asset inventory?
